Change to login requirements for MemberDirect® Online Service:

In an effort to provide a superior online experience for Credit Union Members, there has been a change to the login requirements for MemberDirect Internet Service. The 6th and 7th digit of your 8 digit account number indicates the account type. When entering your Account Number, required for your MemberDirect Internet Service login, all members must enter "00" as the account type to sucessfully login to MemberDirect Internet Service. All joint members have the option of logging in with "01", "02", or "03" as your account type provided you have your own password established for accessing MemberDirect Internet Service. Joint members looking to establish a password for MemberDirect Internet Service should visit their branch and speak with our staff. This requirement became effective October 28, 2009.
