Overview of the 2025 Director Nomination and Election Process
For the 2025 Board of Directors election process, there are four (4) vacancies and members will elect candidates to fill four (4) positions for a three-year term.
- Call for Nominations for the position of Director (February 14)
- Call for Nominations closes and all completed Nomination packages submitted (March 14)
- Nominations Committee reviews and recommends the nominees (March 17)
- List of approved nominees posted in all branches and on the CFCU website (includes candidate’s biography and photograph)+ (March 21)
- Voting Period+ (March 25 – April 22)
- Results of election announced at the Annual General Meeting (April 24)
+An election will only take place if there are more nominees than there are available board seats. For the 2025 board election, there are four (4) seats available.
