Why are you changing your logo?
It is very common for brands to modernize their logo from time to time. Our current logo does not reproduce well across all spaces where it needs to represent our brand. The new logo still represents our core values including being more than a bank and being committed to our members and communities.
When will this change happen?
This change will happen over time, as we roll out new physical materials such as signage, online materials such as website and mobile app updates, and in other materials such as social media channels, marketing, and more. For a period, you can expect to see our current logo and our new logo in use across our communities.
How does this impact me being able to use other credit unions?
This does not impact how you are able to use other credit unions. We are still part of an international network of credit unions – who share common values and cooperative principles. That is not changing.
Are you becoming like a big bank?
We are still the same credit union with the same values and principles. Our focus remains on serving the best interests of our members and communities. As we modernize our logo and embrace new technology, we remain committed to our core values.
